This 22-year-old man suffers from adolescent gynecomastia. Prior to surgery, he was severely embarrassed to take off his shirt and expose his chest. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, resulting in a total fat extraction of 750cc from the right side and 700cc from the left. The post-operative photos are at two weeks with early healing.
