This is a 29-year- old male from Rocklin, California, who presents with gynecomastia. His overall goal is to be more comfortable in public with his chest and to look normal. He underwent gynecomastia at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 76 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 51 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. His photographs are seen about four months after surgery.
