Patient 354

This 24-year-old man is 6’1″ and 230lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia, which has caused him a great deal of embarrassment and self-consciousness about his chest. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, from which I extracted a total of 325cc of fat from the right and 700cc from the left. His goal was to “reduce/eliminate my psychological and physical discomfort.”
