This 23-year-old man is 5’6″, 150lbs. Having dealt with gynecomastia since puberty, he sought out my help to “have a flat chest and feel comfortable taking off my shirt in front of others.” In hopes of achieving the best result, he worked hard to lose twenty pounds prior to surgery. To correct his gynecomastia, I performed suction-assisted lipectomy along with glandular excision of the chest.
