This is a 27-year-old resident of San Rafael, California who presented to the Novato office location in Marin County, California for evaluation of gynecomastia. He is 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 195 pounds. He has adolescent gynecomastia. His goal is to have a reduction in the glandular tissue. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of his chest at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. He had 4 centimeters of tissue removed from his right side and 5 centimeters from his left. These photographs were taken six months after surgery.
