This 43-year-old man is 5’10” and 175lbs. He suffers from moderately severe gynecomastia, which was the result of a thirty-pound weight loss. His condition has caused him extreme embarrassment in public. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, from which I removed a total of 600cc of fat bilaterally. A second stage procedure may be a possibility in the future, as it would greatly benefit this patient’s final result
