This is a y.o. male 5’11 ” and 230lb who underwent male breast reductions surgery for adult gynecomastia. He is seen 4 months after surgery.

Note that because of the laxity of skin we performed a superior crescent lift.  This lift removes a half-moon shape of skin on the top half of the areola, then closes it in a higher position. The incision is healing well.
